Most Romantic Places to Visit

Whether you are planning your honeymoon, a trip to celebrate a special anniversary or some other romantic trip to enjoy time together as a couple, finding the right location is key.

Here are a few of the most romantic places to visit for your next trip:

Machu Picchu

Machu Picchu is an Incan citadel in the Andes Mountains in Peru. You can explore the ruins to learn more about history, and you can enjoy the beautiful backdrop of the lush mountains and the crystal waterfalls.

Huddle up in your most beautiful furs and head to Moscow or another of Russia’s big cities to take in the onion-dome architecture, each traditional delicacies or watch folk dancing. With it being so cold outside for much of the year, you can huddle close together in front of a fire and create some sparks of your own.

Ibiza is a beautiful beach town in Spain that also has great night life. You can drink wine, listen to traditional Spanish music, and dance close to the rhythm of the beat. At night, you can take a walk on the beach or gaze at the moon and stars.

Stroll hand-in-hand under the cherry blossoms in the spring, watch for geisha shuffling between the tea houses at night, or enjoy a traditional tea ceremony of your own. You can pretend like you’re in the Karate Kid and you’re falling in love.

Search out the Love sign at Love Park, walk down the Washington Avenue or Race Street Pier, watch the lights twinkle on Boathouse Row, or get engaged at the One Liberty Observation Deck. Gardens, parks, museums and gourmet restaurants await for your romantic trip.

You don’t have to go all the way to Venice for a gondola ride. Take one in Dallas and then explore the Discovery Gardens, dance the sambuca at Sambuca Uptown, or go to one of the many beautiful parks or spas to enjoy some quality time together.

Look for great deals on Emirates Airlines or another local regional carrier, and stay at a cozy B&B. Leave plenty of time for snuggling in bed and staring at each other over candlelit dinners.
